Your whole mind can now work as one to get the result you want. 

You no longer waste your energy fighting against yourself, and you easily get from where you are now to where you want to be.

Hypnosis requires 3 things:

• A desire for change

• Willingness to engage in hypnosis

• The ability to follow simple instructions

My successful private practice is based on satisfied clients and referrals. I have seen thousands of therapy clients since 2014. There is a pretty good chance I can help you too.

We focus on the present, solving problems, and achieving goals, not counseling, analyzing, or exploring the past. Therapy will always have a clearly defined purpose. 

Sometimes it seems like I am able to help people when nothing else seems to be working, and sometimes a major shift happens during our first session together. 

If I think I cannot help you, I will let you know, and, if I can, I will point you to someone else who may. 

Sessions are weekly until the changes you are making are stable.
